10th WEEK FLOWERING, STILL NO AMBER! PICS

My first grow had a few seeds the plant was a purple northern light from nirvana. So this is what it those seeds produced! .....these nirvana northern lights are 10weeks in flower now trichs are mostly cloudy. Leaves are yellow and getting crispy..spotted a few seeds in 1 plant. Took my first sample popcorn bud and it knocked my sox off!!!! Very uplifting/social high but only lasted 20min. 9 plants under 400hps now i know yeild wont be great but i at least I want it max potency. I have been flushing for 17 days now with plain water. Ebb&flow 3x4 tray. Any suggestions? How much longer? Pistals are starting to turn a golden brown.

have you been looking at the trichs under a scope?

They look pretty solid. Yeah, if you're not using at least a 30x scope it can very difficult to accurately tell the ratio (and thus preferred harvest time) of the trichomes.

Yea you can use a flushing agent that says it only takes 4-5 days.... A week before i put the flushing agent in, I will prob run 25% nutrient strength and then run a flushing agent ex Flora Kleen Final Phase with water only for a 4-5 days before harvest.....

You can buy a 30x scope with LED light at radio shack for like ten bucks, you will be amazed how much more you can see.....

I just bought the 100x microscope. Weed looks awesome close up. Even some midgrade stuff can look better magnified.

Yep. i thought this girl would finish already so i started flushing 17days ago....Damn....i think its too late to nute again

Yep gota good scope from the hydro store. there still 80%cloudy and 20%clear.

yeah man i which they were done. trichs still 80%cloudy 20%clear...my last grow i harvested too soon gonna wait it out this time.

They look like they could be done and cut now, but w/o trich pics I say...

wait until 12 weeks then cut. Anything after 12 weeks is too long imo. 12 weeks is plenty of time to get 'er done.

When in doubt, go by the trichs every time!! Sounds to me like you have a Sativa or Sativa dom on your hands. My first grow was Sativa, and I thought they'd NEVER finish. I chopped at 13 weeks (They could have gone a bit longer) with very few amber trichs. I was happy as hell with the high, it could have stayed with me a bit longer tho......

Did you have your plants too close to the light? It almost looks like you cut a chunk out of that bud on the right in the last picture (looks really brown).

nope, 11th week and trichs are still mostly cloudy no amber at all. got wait it out and make this grow worth it.

no man thats new growth, the fucker still growing in the 10 week!!! no light leaks either

ohmygod. that looks like some bombshit dude, and i've never had a high only last 20 minutes especially at that grade.
