100w cfl cupboard scrog

The is the setup
lights: 65w(6500k),2x18w(6500k)
Soil: bloom potting mix it says good drainage

Strain:bagseed

The screen hasent been set up yet as there is no need for it anyway there was ment to be another 65w bulb but my mate dropped it so next week were getting a bunch of smaller CFLs and a 105w(6500k) I have a 125w(2700k) bulb but ill buy more bulbs for flowering its female thanks any feedback help or suggestions Cheer's

How often do you water your seedling?

It looks like your soil may either not be draining properly, or the plant could be over watered. I say this because the leaves are drooping downward, which usually happens with seedlings if they are retaining too much water.

It looks a nice, healthy green, so that's a good thing. Do you have a reflector that you can put on your light to help the light shine downward on your plant, instead of it being "lost" by bouncing around your grow area? Even if you can position the aluminum pan you have showing in the picture, to use as a reflector. That's if you haven't already done that!
