the beds were home made and have clear plastic to protect the wood. There are no drainage holes.

Thanks capn'. Yea i didn't realize how much soil there was either until i was transplanting, having to figuring how much dolomite(1cup) to use per cubic foot.

That sounds like a swamp waiting to happen, or at least a nute lockout due to high salt levels.
I am subbed just to see how things go.....
Got to say you have some balls starting off with 4000 watts. Most of us take years and years to get that big, if ever.
Room set up looks awesome!! What are your temps like with all that heat?

Certainly not saying it cannot be done, just goes against what i have learned about soil.
That is amazing you are keeping the temp that low, are you using a/c at the moment?

I have 4 1000 watters too, doesn't mean im running them though lol. My electric bill would hit the ceiling.
Plans for the summer? gonna keep em going and get a/c or shut some down? Or just hope for the best?

got a couple a/c's if needed. only problem so far is when lights are off the temp. went down to 55, going to get a timer for the intake, so it goes off simultaneously; when lights go off. to keep the room warmer when lights are off.

Very interesting setup, hope everything works out for you, Im guessing your watering with a wand? Seems like a lot of work, but the outcome looks good so far. Why did you decide to do your set-up like this? How many plants per bed?

nope, no wand. Just a couple measuring cups & a 2gal. watering can. The reason I went with this set up is because, i have a buddy who helps me and teaches me. around 50.
Sorry everyone, but due to what happened with the sight this week I ended up loosing all data from weeks 2 of veg. threw week 2 of flowering. I'll try and get the data from week 3 up a.s.a.p.

Great Show. Very nice. I just got a Royal Kush clone from a friend. It's almost ready to take cuts. Any info about Royal would be awesome.

Royal kush, I believe is a cross of Humboldt purple kush x Sour diesel x highland afghani. It is a hybrid, mostly indica dominate. About a 63 day flowering time.
Never grew or tried royal kush, but pure royal kush is basically the same except it has been back crossed with "Pure og".
