1000wattHPS 4x2 EBBFLOW house and garden

so this is my first time with goin hydro..done soil a few times with decent results but i wanna go big time so i jus got a whole new set up.. got some clones from a medical grower of some soma lavender :mrgreen:

(dankity dank dank) and im about 2 weeks into veg..
Nutes Veg:
House and Garden Aqua Flakes A&B
Drip Clean
Root excelerator
Nutes Flower:
Bud Xl
shooting powder
Multi Zen

Lights:
1000w hps
couple of fans to keep the room at a constant 74 during the day

Medium:
4x2 flood tray
20 gallon rubbermaid resv.(that fuckin always leaks) :twisted:

clones are in rockwool obviously with hydroton in net pots

im following the nute calc on the website exactly .except i cut every measurment down by about 10% because i dont wanna overstimulate wit to many nutes and shock em..ill try and put some pix up tonight..im kinda new to the grow journal thing so ne help would be appreciated thanx guys.. happy tokin bongsmilie

just changed the resivoir out...switched in from 20 gallons to 15 it somehow stopped the leaking..and theres still plenty of cushion so the pump dont run out of water...also adjusted nutrients for 15 gallon resv. obviously..still no luck on the camera yet im workin on gettin some up..

jus added a 12'' aqua misterw/air pump(bubble maker)to my resivor..hopefully this will perk them up a lil bit..mor pix tonight hopefully

got a few shots of the roots..there lookin really good alot of new growth and for the most part very white...there was a lil brown spot on one of em i think it was some stuff off of the hydroton though pretty sure its nuthin to worry about..

...niether than that they look good lots of growth but also lil bit of discolorization which i think was due to the lack of o2 in the resivoir so hence the air pump with the bubble maker...hopefully this will solve the problem soon

so got some more pix looks like the bubbles helped out a lot there snappin out of it i think knock on wood..looks like the littler ones were more affected with spots then the big ones..almost 3 weeks in veg...goin for four weeks total veg then 8 week flower.. :leaf:

lookin good on the home front grew about 2 inches in a day...bubbles are doin the trick..when i change out the resivoir in two days im goin to cut the nutes down to about 1/2 the recommended doses..ill put pix hopefully on sunday... :weed:

got more pix i trimmmed up the lower old growth on one of my plants my buddy told me that the lower stuff bellow my four main stalk wouldnt produce that good ofa bud and its morebenificial to jus chop em and get rid of it...so i did it with one of my plants not to extreme or nething jus trimmed it up a lil bit and got a clone actually too.. :weed:

one mor week of veg then its into flower i think..i got a ruler in the pic and the enitire ruler is twelve and ahalf inches...also i dropped the nutes even lower...the calculator said give it 108 ml of a &b i gave it 70...gave it 8ml of root excel. and 4 ml of drip clean..so we'll see how the plants like it..if they dont like it ill jus add the diffrenc in the resiv... :-P

long time no pic update...here they are week 3and a half of veg...redid the table wit pvc pipe looks alot better...90ml aqua a&b 10ml of root excl 5 ml drip clean in my 15gal resivor ...the roots are super thick and white...gonna go an extra week of veg..did some trimming to of a bunch of lower buds to promote big top buds more pix soon :mrgreen:

aight so more pix i actually got emm with the lights off..so there not all wierd like the las ones...lookin good to added another 12' rock stone to the resi...the plants are about 15' tall now ...las week of veg ...this saturday when i change the resi there goin into flower...got the flowering nutes i need multizen and budxl so im good to go :leaf:

any input to this grow journal is welcome...i was just told that why the tips of my leaves are a lil bit curly is because of nitrogen overload...the person knows hat there talking about but i like to here what other people think cause what ive come to find out with growing...is that you may think its one thing but really its something completly different..thanx all..and thanx closetgrower for da help u da man

aight dudez pic update finally gott my shitty cell phone pix...put em into flower last friday which was the end of week 5..added one new nute which was multi zen ...so i now have aqua a & B ,roots excel , drip clean and multi zen for nutes right now all house and garden brand...still lowballing the measurements from the calculator on there website..but there working there way up there.. :bigjoint:

..my ppms is about 600..oh and i thought they were lookin a lil overwatered soi now stepped it back tow flood every two and ahalf hours rather than every two..and they still are being fed before dark and right when they wake up not during lights off though...

about 2 feet away from hps 1000wattno signs of any light burn :bigjoint:

took a bunch of root shots as well..they look thick white and glorious .. the plants themselves are really thick i think im gonna start tieing there tops over, to see if those lower buds could get some light that way
