what is the coverage area of a single 1000 Watt HPS???

depending on ur reflector... u can stretch it out 10x10 with a parabolic reflecter(not that i would) 5x5 or 6x6 would be best

so if I had 2 of them, covering a 12X6 area should be ok?

yup.... jus buy big refletors... tell them u wanna cover a 6x6 aera... hydro or soil??? cuz u may wanna move them around for optimal resaults
