1) He is lucky

2) The dealer should have enough respect for him to not try and rip him off

3) He could always try 'buttering him up'. Draw him a picture or write him a ballad... that's what I did x

check your bud in a microscope to see if it's cut with anything. I wouldn't trust new dealers or at least people I didnt grow up with If I was in england.. A lot of reports of contaminated bud being sold around the whole country. That looks like a rip off.
