10 week strain at almost week 12 .....looks like 3 more weeks ?

Not an insult or anything but... 12 weeks!?
Most plants look like this at week 1 to 1 1/2, what lights are you using and what nutrients?
These look like the 23 watt cfls im using or atleast something i wouldnt dare flower under, ive seen all my friends try it like that and never did they succeed..
I have a friend thats growing a window plant which looks similar at around probably the same time span like yours (first month flowered with a 40 watt lamp and switched between sunlight a lot too), you should encrease your light and something is definately stressing your plants.
if you are going to flower try to flower under something ATLEAST 100-200 watts, if not you're almost always better off using sunlight.

ROFL did you just say that a auto will look like this at 1 - 1 1/2 weeks ?
technaflora nutes in equal parts of perlite,hydroponic moss,and garden soil 3 gal
its one of the rarer pheno's didnt know it was so demanding ive grown HBD's in the same setup and many other's no need to diss the grow box buddy

lets say it like this i planted this one and a amnesia from dinafem at the same time amnesia ran 9 weeks chopped right as it was plumping white/cloudy trichs <~~~~ i know it yields less but it's personal and thats how i like it got a fat oz real fat and bookoo trim that had some perfect trichs that when smoked makes you feel like you have a recliner strapped to the front of a mono rail 
i know that cfl's and led's make you run a few weeks behind but if i can pull a oz early off of half a plant that this is i should be able to pull atleast 3 ? fully ripened from this one you would think

Looks like you are going to have great harvest, just be patient.

its already on its second push or so
check this one out its a amnesia i harvested a few weeks back left some fans and it started re vegging/ preflower growth phase dont know how long it will last but hoping it pops some balls
its in the back right corner it was super bushy and didnt realize what it was until it was to late to self pollinate

i harvested way early pulled about a little over a oz it hadnt even swelled yet but needed room for the youngins

Looks like you have a good month left on them. I have some sweet mangos at just over 3 weeks old & their just a bit further along than yours, but don't get me wrong, I think yours look great. As for the lights, I run 100 wt. CFL's, half daylight & soft white all the way through & do just fine. Granted if I used the fancy high priced lights I probably would do a lot better, but for me the oz. or two I get from each plant is killer & does what I need it to do. Yes, it can always be better. For a poor guy my set up works fine except its too small for my liking but my neighbors would complain if it got bigger.
