Do you guys thinks a 10inch vortex fan can aircool 4 1000watt lights? Or i would have to get a bigger fan?

i think thats fine, when i bought my blower, none vortex, the guy at the hydro shop said my 475cfm would be able to cool off 2-3 1000's watt hps. right now the glass of my hood is ALWAYS cold to the touch.
