You're in flowering. Any training that needed to be done, needed to be done yesterday.
Leave them be. In the future, please post pics with grow lights off. Also include information about your grow. Perhaps even consider starting a journal in the Grow Journals section so people can follow along.

Is it to late to put a net up in case they get to heavy at the top
I don't know. I've never used netting.
Again, perhaps you could share the info about your grow. Like lights, medium, nutrients, pH, temperature, humidity etc.
You haven't shown any pictures of an entire plant either, so I can't tell if they are stretching due to lack of light. If they are, that could lead to having the sensation that branches might fall over.
