Hey guys... im 8 days into flowering now.. and so far.. all my plants turned out female :) which im very happy with!!!

I just swapped the res water with fresh water...
PH to 5.7

Added Botanicare Bloom formula.
Added Botanicare "Sweet"

1/2 dose.

Using Tap watter. Final PPM was 850.

Been 5 hours.. the plants look great!! and ph is now stable!

MY question is.. what is a good way/time to raise the PPM lvls (add nutes).

also when i add the nutes.. do i add the 1/2 Dose of Sweet and Botanicare at the same time? or is the Sweet just a one time adding thing?

need help :(

I have never used Sweet but I assume it's like CarboLoad, and if it is then you can use it every other feeding or so. As for when to raise you're ppm, watch to see how much it changes from day to day...then once you know how much it's using you can start only adding that much. That way you can bring up the ppm when it's back down to the starting point.

thanks! :)

Also... i noticed when the light cycle turns to 12 hours Lights OFF...

20 mins after the light is off.. the plant leaves seem to droop but not really an "over-watering" droop. kind of like.. it just places all the leaves down..like taking a rest.

Is this really what its doing? taking a rest??

when its about 2-3 hours left when the lights are supposed to turn on.. thier already perked up and spiky. no more droop.

OoOO... so for example.. i wake up and check... if it was at 850.. and went down to like 600... i add 1000 PPM... wake up. and its at 900.. add 1100... wake up and its at the same PPM and the water level goes down.. it means its at optimal PPM at the moment?

No, what I mean is if your PPM is at 600 right now for example, and you add another 400PPM, for 1000 total. The next time you feed them you'll know how much the plant used, by subtracting the current PPM from the original PPM from the last feeding. Now that you know how much the plant is using you can start putting that specific amount in, and won't have to worry about burns...of course over time the plant will use more and more.

I know its hard not to check all the time but the fact you know your plants droop and pick up when lights are off means you are letting light into the dark period which can hermie your plants.

As for droopage, yes they actually do rest, dark time is for repairing, growth and nutrient distribution in a more efficient manner as the plant doesnt need to use as much energy as its not photosynsthesising.

No possible way there is light getting into the grow room.. let alone the grow tent. No light leaks AT ALL.. 100% im sure of this. when i say perk up.. i mean that they go out of the droop mode.. instead of staying there.
