1 week plant weak brown stem and droopy leaves

i have her on a 150 watt cfl and a small fan, but the stem has weakened is thin and brown. the leaves are drooping and now a little yellow. any help, is there any saving this?

no i never watered them i dont know how plants work

i think they were over-watered actually, they seemed to have too much

epic...why come on here and be a dick? first off, your camers sucks to many balls to even show a decent pic, and that soil or whatever it is looks dry, so i doubt its overwaterd...id say there is no hope you YOU to save this being a total ignoranus
