i think he means oz. the best price for a lb of good herb i've found was 1900. and this is in norcal, some farmer john guy just giving it away practically. charging for the cost of growing.

In Mexico you can get a Pound of mids for 500.

yeah, and even then, you would spend all that money on equipment and food for the plant.
i suppose it could be argued that growers can charge for "time invested" although its usually the middle man (dealers) who spike up the price
