What will i need to grow one plant and have a decent harvest of 25-30 grams(im tryin to keep it small)
And i would be growing og ghost train

Hey buddy if your looking for an ounce a plant;

1) 3gal fabric pot.
2) veg up to 4 weeks .
3) If indoors grow under 600hps or lower (but 600s are the most efficient), or use CFLs (more work, not as good but cheaper), or equivalent LED.
4) If using soil add perlite (say 15-30%) to increase O2 at the roots.
5) Always make sure your pH is right, so get a pH meter etc.
6) Quality nutes like FloraSeries or other.
7) Don't over nute, start with 1/4 of recommended intake (after 3 wks at least if soil already has nutes) & slowly work your up.

For small yields you could also look at autofems, pretty cool stuff. Im sure others will come up with further info for you to get your head round :D. Good luck.

If your looking for about a zip from a plant I would suggest getting:
-a 1 gallon or so pot to start your plant in
-a 7 gallon pot to transplant to (it seems big but it really isnt, plus it will make it easier to light your plant)
Your pots should cost you under $10

-8 23w or 26w CFL's (might as well be the same thing as far as i'm concerned), 4 of them being 6500k (blue for vegging), 4 of them being 2700k (red for flowering)
-2 light socket clips
-2 light socket deviders (they are just little things you screw into your light socket that turn it into two light sockets, very efficient if you ask me)
^So to yield about an ounce I would say you want around 100w of CFL, meaning 4 bulbs. Your 100w should cost you only about $40. You can even spread out the purchase over a few weeks

for soil you want Fox Farm Ocean Forest potting soil, you should be able to google and find somewhere nearby that sells it. It will cost you $10-$20 depending on what size of bag you have to buy. One of the reasons i suggest the 7 gallon pot is that way you may be able to get away without using any extra nutrients. If you really wanna give that a go maybe even go with like a 10 gallon pot? Again, they sound huge but they really arent, and the bigger pots are easier to clip your CLF lights on to

And I (very strongly) suggest having some sort of fan blowing on your lights, or at least moving air around your plant. I may have left a few things out but yeah. You want about 100W of CFL, probably at least a 3 week veg, expect your plant to grow 2x taller than it is when its vegging when you flower it. You can always add more CFL's, but up to a point it stops being worth it and you should upgrade to something bigger.

My 0.02

Edit: The link in my sig is to my last grow, I used CFL's and eyeballed some nutrients i baught using my tap water. I never once checked my PH, I still don't (only because i cant afford a meter right now). But you very well may be able to get away with just using a fat pot with tap water, thats pretty much what I did
