It's 5 a blunt. But if a 1/8th is 3.5 a dime would be 1.75 and half a dime would be 0.875. So really a gram would be 0.125 more than it should be.

for dirt or mids in philly its 5 dollars for 1 gram.
10 dollars for a dime which is 2 grams and you could roll 3 dutched with it.
An 8th is 20
quarters you can get from 25-35

high quality costs 15-20 a gram
