Planted these the same time, used different soil for both seedlings.

Carefully remove plant, gently rid it of excess soil from roots, repot into proper soil...easy peasy...oh, water only til recovery...at least that's what I would do...good luck.

the one on the right is just severely Nitrogen deficient ( there is nothing left to eat in the pot)
you notice the yellowing start from the bottom and the rest of the plant is very light green ..
the other one is fine but give her some nutrients or she will finish like the other ...
