Hi. I'm interested in trying a 100% perlite hempy in a 3 gallon bucket using lucas formula.
I'm a little unsure when the seed has sprouted a few mm inbetween paper towels, should it then be placed in a coco starter pellet first? or just just the sprouted seed directly into the hempy bucket? and how deep? and would the plant be stable enough just sitting in 100% perlite without any support(coco pellet or rockwool) ?
Also, what is the ideal ph for a hempy bucket with lucas formula? I hear some say 5.8 and some say 6.2. what would you recommend?
And should it be started with plain ph'ed water for the first two weeks and then start feeding 1/4 strength lucas ?
