1.5 week old needing help, maybe

This is my first grow, I've done a lot of research but found nothing that addresses my problem, if it is one. My plant, now on its 4th set of leaves, is curling at the leaves, but not the tips or sides. It's curling where the center blades meet the other blades. This affects only the center blade, on pretty much every leaf except new growth. It curls upwards, like flaps on airplane wings. My temps are pretty steady at 25, 60-70 humidity, 3 gal pot, soaked when potting, watered once after 7 days. Soil still humid, probable won't water before another 3 days. Strain is auto jack from paradise. The rest is going good, sprouted 36 hours after planting, nice strong stem, good color, really tight node spacing. New leaves are 5 blades, nodes showing stipules. 10 days since breaking ground. I'd post a photo but am on my phone so can't do that.

either it is a sign of helthy leaves/plants (if they just turn a bit upwords at the light ?)

or maybe a sign of rootbound if they are in small cups ?
