1-200 watt CFL how many plants...HELP

iwas thinking about buying some CFL's .How many plants can i with 1 real 200 watt CFL

I would say one, once she starts to grow.

I would STRONGLY recommend NOT using only 1 light! CFL's penetration is the 1 thing lacking, therefore, shrouding yer girls in light is yer safest bet!

you'd be much better off to get some weaker bulbs and surrounding the plant with them

ya deff get smaller bulbs and surround it...u could still get a high watt bulb like that, the more the better but like everyone else said get smaller ones and surround it...thats what i did and its worked fine for me

well i had 13 6 week old white widows on 550 watts of red spectrum cfl's and they shot up like crazy, i had to get rid of them (long story) but they thrived in that environment for 6 weeks, the lights were 5 inches off the tops and they were going crazy

Local local stores here only have 23watt is there a web site i can order on i was going to use 1000bulbs.com if any body knows others let me know

theres loadsa places online that u can get cfl's just search grow lights in google. tho i got mine from ebay i got a 300w cfl, reflector and wire for 60 quid plus shipping so if ya keep an eye out you can get some really good deals
