1 150W light for 1 plant inside

So I am thinking of growing but I need to know will one of http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VIVOSUN-1...hash=item1a0b4c0347:m:mKI5MTYcW9ZGgkYcffhRR1Q them be ok to use for one plant thats all I am doing its a big 150W dule cfl light thanks

I run like 16 23 watt cfls right now idk if one 150 would work should id say just wanna train it and try to keep the blub close gl

Go grow! Make sure u have 6500k for veg and a 2700k for flowering.

I got a 6500k for veg about to by a 2700k

You can even run the 6500k for the first two weeks of the switch if you need to to reduce stretch.
Or run both bulbs both together for more light intensity/ waves.
