This is the amount of each ingredient needed per 1 cubic foot of base soil:

2-4 pounds worm castings
0.42 pounds or 189 grams Blood Meal(approx 12 liquid ounces)
0.42 pounds or 189 grams Bat Guano(approx 6 liquid ounces)
0.42 pounds or 189 grams Bone Meal(approx 12 liquid ounces)
1 Tablespoon Epsom Salt
1.5 Tablespoons Dolomite Lime
1 Tablespoon Azomite
Pinch or 2 of Humic Acid
Sprinkle of Mykos

everything was placed on a scale to add by weight, obviously the bat guano must be a denser powder as it took less to reach desired weight. technically your guano may weigh more or less.

I like your math and thought process. My only concern is a while back I was watching Sub talk about his SS mix and I remember him saying that you cant make a half recipe (or any other breakdown of it) because it wont work the same. Now, to me that doesn't make sense bc it seems as long as everything rationally proportionate, it should work. But he said he's been making it forever and don't know why, but it just doesn't. I really don't know and I've never tried anything other than the whole thing. He suggested splitting the cost and soil with someone if you don't need all of it. I cant see any logical reason why it wouldn't work except he says it doesn't. Idk, but I'd like to maybe see a side by side, or hear from anyone that has mixed a partial batch. How has the breakdown worked for you?

Does this require time to cook
and is the base just like ffof?

Do pinches and sprinkles break down to teaspoon fractions?
I hate using my imagination. B-)

Do you recomend a mix of guano or just high p

A pinch is 1/8 tsp when cooking food. I use 1/8 tsp of humic acid per gallon of soil mix.

the trouble with recipes, and I found out the hard way recently, is we are all flying blind unless we know what is already in our soil.
The right base soil it will work, the wrong and a reliable recipe becomes a death trap.

Nothing else needed. You'll have to learn how each strain reacts to it to determine how much to put in the bottom of the pot. I'd start with a 1/3rd layer of SS on the bottom, and 2/3rds base soil on top (7-10 gal pot, veg to 30ish inches) You can always top dress if you start to run out of nutrients before it's time.
