That part is a part in one of my all time favorite books. 'The Mysterious Stranger' Obviously haha.

That video is really cool I remember I found it while I was reading the book on stumbleupon. It's creepy.
Good thing to share Strife! Watching that video can cause all sorts of weird thoughts.

If you enjoy reading and haven't read 'The Mysterious Stranger' by Mark Twain, I highly suggest it. He died towards the end of writing the book. Very mysterious book, hence the name. But just strangely.. Epic and relevant. It's been years since I read it I'm going to have to dig it out again!
Some versions have the publishers version of the end based off of his notes. But I liked it better when I didn't know about this and the book as left with no ending.
Also there's a whole thing about Mark Twain being born on the day of Haileys Comet, then him saying throughout his life that he must die when it comes back otherwise his life had served no purpose at all. Sure enough, died of a heart attack 7 days before it came(awwhh :( So close clemmens! YOUR LIFE IS A LIE SAM)

Good post man :) Brought back some memories!

Love this. If you have not read the book it is based on, it's free online and it's called "Letters from the Earth"

i was shown this for the first time on mushrooms. Show people when they are on mushrooms.

No way dude! Instant bad trip video right there. Instant i tell you!
No. You will understand it more if you are tripping. It is telling you that Satan is not evil, he is an angel. Man is evil, so he destroys man.
Angels have no free will, therefor Satan has no free will.
Satan's will is God's will.

Yeah, the bible is a collection of ideas that people had, and wrote down on paper. You can't do that without first having an idea lol
You may not realize it, but you are trolling your own discussion with tangents. True, everything is an idea. But if we are going to be THAT general, children are just ideas. So we could now move onto the discussion of "do we exist, or are we just ideas of the last generation, and is this all happening in some dead guys mind right now, and is that God?"

This puts things in an otherly yet interesting perspective,it seems creepy not simply by the presentation of the vid, but in the idea that we are truely insignificant yet still part of the great show of existence in which we actualy do not have any control over.It makes ego and conflict that we are afflicted with in life, a scorned object on a truely epic scale IMO.Still I often wonder if we all are playing our own Gods, each with its own nature covered by the mask of personality, at the same time I recognize this to, as a grasp from the ego's will to be.Nice post man!

Ok, I will keep them coming :)

Did you know in ancient Egypt, age was respected not out of respect for what the old person had done, but for what they had experienced. It was believed that the dead were the closest to God. So reading a dead persons words is "better" than reading a living persons. And talking to an old person is like having a link to your own ancestors.

and the significance of the scarab was amazing. They saw the scarab go from egg, to larva to dung beetle and they used that observation to note which young people were going to go on to do great things. So instead of punishing young ambition, they would feed it. Because they new that Egypt came from a little shit village on the Nile. And they new the future would come out of rambunctious little shit children. Because those who believe they can change things, do.
