So when would be a good idea to top my plants like at what stage

Im not sure i found a bunch of them in some shake so want to see what they would do.. There just in a plant i wasnt even sure if they were going to pop

These seeds i got took about 4 days to germinate and sprout in soil on July 10.. Today is july 21 and this is what they look like so far what should i do next.. Ps the stems kept trying to get long so i had to tuck them over to the side i guess it would look more like a coil..

Umm it just a soil pot.. I wait till the top soil is dry then check the under soil for moisture if there no dirt or residue on my finger i normally water then... Ive been feeding them worm juice from a composter my friend has in there garage.. Have had the money to get the good nuts

Lol honestly i keep my dog on a mostly strict diet of biljacks adult and water with the occasional bone an scraps
