Had to harvest one plant this morning and have termites coming out the bottom of all my other pots. Dies anyone know how to get rid of these? Please help!!!

I'm on day 43 of flower when should I start my flush. I'm using all organic nutes.

I have calyxes all over the plant but they look deflated can anyone tell if it's Hermie or not?

This is between day 25 and 27 of flower buds are all small no bigger than a dime calyxes are swollen. Shouldn't the buds be bigger than this by now

First grow day 23 flower unknown strain and no bloom booster. It's the same bud in all pictures it was about to start raining.

Just moved one of my plants this morning and termites were under the pot coming out of the holes. I've move it every couple hours and everytime there's about 5 or six tunneling under my pot. Moves pots regularly this is just a couple days old if that.

Could this be a nutrient defecincy or underwatering? The soil was dry this morning thought I could wait until tonight to water, also the leaves were not like that this morning.

This is my first grow. What does everyone think any tips? The close-up pics are of the last plant. Idk what strain or anything about the seeds I remember it was all gas
