I don't smoke before and after doing yoga as I have already found my relaxation after doing so. I prefer smoking whenever I am stress for work, but not while doing a workout routine.
Stay positive and happy. Work hard and don't give up hope. Be open to criticism and keep learning. Surround yourself with happy, warm and genuine people.
Coffee appears to improve cognitive function and decrease the risk of depression. :wink:
