The room that it is in is my bedroom which stays right around 72 but would it be bad to sleep in a sealed co2 controlled room

I feel like with only having 4x4 area to grow I would want to maximize my usable area in the tent

I actually needed to update this I double checked and the light I have is the kind xl 1000 which they say is the perfect size for the 4x4 tent but I really don't know. And I thought about having an exhaust fan that would run at night and every few hours through the day and have the co2 cut off
