Does anyone know- is your registration ID number the same as your ss# or DL#?

Who did you call? The only number I have is one that says all reps are busy and to call back. Then it hangs up. I’ve only received emails back that are unhelpful and rude :(

Who did you talk to? When I asked I got the rudest reply, was told I’d get mine 90 days after it’s received and they wouldn’t tell me when they received it. I had my appt 2/9 and paid cash for everything up front. My background check was submitted 2/20. Ugh!
