Just wanted to get some thoughts on the most recent strains and breeders bringing heat

Can anyone help identify this problem. sitting in a 1gallon pretty root bound. I feed it once a day until runoff, I usually just sprinkle some a-b veg flakes on the top of the soil and take the water from my flowering nute res. Any suggestions on what’s happening
