Earlier today before I left to work I found out that my dog ripped my plant right out of the soil, not sure if he ripped/tore any roots. Well I replanted it earlier just popped it back in the hole and burried it. It had 0 strength at all basically earlier, It was ripped out for 10 minutes max...

What are those spots on there they are like orange? I've just now noticed them have not seen them before.This is my first grow aswell. It's an outdoor grow.
