Two weeks should be about right for a healthy plant, it won't be entirely root bound but enough to where the root mass won't be fragile.

By the time your plant is ready to be transplanted it won't really be a seedling anymore. Some strains are more finicky than others about nutes but I believe WW is usually pretty tolerant, fox farms isn't all that hot to begin with anyway. You should be fine.

I'm not worried about the quality of this bud, I just want seeds for future outdoor grows. I've never actually cloned a plant in flowering, that seems like the best option though. Unfortunately the plants are tiny and don't have any branches big enough to take cuttings.

Yep, they're getting too cold. You can paint some containers black, fill with sand and water then place them at the base of your plants. They'll heat up during the day and give off heat during the night helping to keep them from freezing.

In my experience clay soils are terrible for growing, it simply does not drain. When it rains the holes will fill with water and your plants will die. Your best bet is to find a high spot and grow in raised beds or just use containers.

Around here it's way too late to even think about planting. Even with an autoflower it'll be almost Christmas by the time the plants finish.

That depends on exactly what's in it. Generally it's just sodium bisulphate which isn't going to hurt the plants in small amounts but it's certainly more toxic to them and less effective than other alternatives.
