The problem with LED is you can't get the truth out of the factory about wattage and a good high watt LED needs to be 5-7 feet away from your plants.

Idk about neem oil and I know it's a little late but, lady bugs n growing hot peppers keeps most bugs away. I've had all kinds of problems in my garden, and have had good results with an organic insecticide from Walmart for bugs and I've had yellow fungus and used the Walmart organic fungicide...

The coloring on the leaf n black spots. There's a organic insecticide at Walmart that will kill them.

For what you spent for the cfl, you could've bought a good set of T8's. But yeah, I had that problem with a 175 watt cfl. I wound up going to Walmart n buy a big drop light hood for $10.
