When I first planted it for like the first week it stretched because I had the light to far away from it maybe that can be the reason why the stem is underdeveloped

Should I be worried Im pretty sure its just nutrient burn because i over fed my plant but could it be something else. I started to feed it just water with no nutrients about four days ago. My plant is developing yellowing around some leaf tips and some of the leaves at the bottom are curling up.

kind of looks like the start of nitro toxicity but i would just flush it real good and go from there Sweet will take the advise thank you so much.
