    Since your cobs are not 90CRI, I recommend 660nm. The cobs already produce plenty of 630nm.

    I like your idea. If your priority is efficiency, please don't fall in to the lm/w trap. Most name brand strips are within a few % points of each other. I recommend going with a high CRI 90+. They make less lumens but have much more red and IR and have about the same overall radiometric...
