Doesn’t even seem like they open the mail that fast wtf lol? I got delivery confirmation 3 weeks before HC would even confirm they received it... almost 6 months later now still don’t have it in hand haha

Called again today...... They said its in the mail as of 2 days ago. I heard that before tho so fuck I dunno lol Original registration received by HC May 3rd, returned about 4 weeks ago as “incomplete” (bananas) sent back same day, supposedly issued the 11th of October. Will update if I...

There's no point in calling. If you really want to confirm they received it, you could do that I guess but they wont open it for some weeks after CanadaPost delivers it.... The whole experience really is beyond words... I know people are saying the renewals are getting turned around faster but...

License supposedly mailed 2 wednesdays ago... nothing received yet Which is kinda fackered cause pretty sure theyre mailing from same city... Probably sitting in a mailroom that no one is employed to work in lol

Called today, Licensed issued wednesday! Have not received in mail as of yet though.. Received by HC May 3rd. 4 months is pretty accurate

Sent mine in over 4 months ago... called again today, their system is down for maintenance apparently :roll::clap::wall:

What's absurd is they're not even trying to establish a processing standard and the people that answer the phone might as well be a recording "We do/don't have your application" "It is processing" "We're not giving estimates on turnaround time" "The long processing time is due to the volume...
