My plants have been in veg for just under 2 months. They don't appear to be too tall. Not sure if this is abnormal or not.

Really eh? I was always taught the "wait till the bag is light method" and only feed once every 3 waterings. Maybe that's why my plants are still so small. They've been vegging for just under 60 days and they're only about 18-22 inches from the top of the coco. See pictures below
