Glad you found the culprit. Hopefully the lights that remained on gave enough photons to tell all the plants they were supposed to be vegging. I read light stress will make a plant possibly show balls and grow in odd ways. The room is looking good, I can't comment too much on the suspected...

Go take a look at fiverr. You can sell graphic design gigs at your own price. You've obviously got a passion for it. From start to finish your skills have done nothing but improve. Why sell yourself short as "just a hobbyist" when this could bringing you in serious coin. Just my .02 cents.

It's possible in the winter you may be able to run as a sealed room and supplement co2. An oscillating fan to keep air movement and evenly distribute the heat from your lights might kill two birds with one stone
