I've had this previously back in 2008/09 over depression and stress. I too have had this for almost a few weeks now. I've been taking iboprophen and naproxen or Tylenol extra strength. I was in Mexico for a week and it was the most uncomfortable ever!!! Can't sleep a whole night w out waking up...
