All LED Indoor Grow- Quantum Boards vs AutoCob's

Off topic. But do you still have that Inda-Gro light? What are your thoughst on it vs a COB array?

    DHP Presents Citizen Cob 1812 3500k 80CRI Vs 1812 3500k 90 CRI

New weed strain " 90 CRI" Right behind the latest Sativa strain "Meatchip". Lol.

    DHP Presents Citizen Cob 1812 3500k 80CRI Vs 1812 3500k 90 CRI

I'm using 4000k 80 CRI mixed with 1750k. Which ones do I throw away? Lol.

    DHP Presents Citizen Cob 1812 3500k 80CRI Vs 1812 3500k 90 CRI

I always push the deep reds. Unfortunately I get two types of clients. Those that only want Cree and those that want to put 1000w of LED cob in a 3x3 tent. Lol

    DHP Presents Citizen Cob 1812 3500k 80CRI Vs 1812 3500k 90 CRI

THis is great data. I run the 1750 V18 at 1050mA so the results might be a little different. And I use them in combination with "white" chips. I have 50 of the 1750k coming in on the Vero 29 D Series on May 24. I might consider sending you one for testing. Your data is much more precise than...

    DHP Presents Citizen Cob 1812 3500k 80CRI Vs 1812 3500k 90 CRI

See I tried arguing this point with a guy on another site regarding the Vero 1750k. His view was "less photons less flowering". Despite the 1750 peaking at 650 and tapering off outside the visible range.

    DHP Presents Citizen Cob 1812 3500k 80CRI Vs 1812 3500k 90 CRI

Looks like 25-30% more 660nm on the 97 CRI

    DHP Presents Citizen Cob 1812 3500k 80CRI Vs 1812 3500k 90 CRI

PPFD is counting photons, not measuring the energy they are carrying. Shorter wavelengths carry more energy than longer ones. Bright as hell is a subjective term, you will need to be more specific as 1700umoles might be a great number at 24" but be not so great at if at 1". When it comes to...

    DHP Presents Citizen Cob 1812 3500k 80CRI Vs 1812 3500k 90 CRI

Agreed. This is the first I've heard of "Normalization of the Graph". This is how I do it. I use the graph as a reference point. I buy some chips. I install said chips. I test the chips on a 3 month Grow, start to finish. I report my findings. So far I've tried the 3000k 80 CRI, 4000k 80CRI...

    DHP Presents Citizen Cob 1812 3500k 80CRI Vs 1812 3500k 90 CRI

Oh I agree. The guy I was arguing with made all kinds of calculations and white paper estimates even crunched numbers in a COB calculator. But the one thing he didn't do was GROW WEED WITH THE CHIP! Real world results are more important to me than "figuring it out on paper". I'm just glad...

    DHP Presents Citizen Cob 1812 3500k 80CRI Vs 1812 3500k 90 CRI

Ya. I'm happy with the results. My 1200μmole contradicts the 89 Lm/w that Bridgelux claims. Another user on another site lost his shit when I posted the results claiming I was "skewing" them somehow. His claim is that an 80+ lumen/w chip can not produce 1200 micromoles period. Even after I made...

Excellent job. We have a few people on the same page. I'm sending a few off to friends in the US and Canada when the 50 pack gets here. All with par meters. All with ongoing grows. We can get some good data. Your gonna need a hacksaw to chop those buds up after drying. Mine were like stones. Do...

    DHP Presents Citizen Cob 1812 3500k 80CRI Vs 1812 3500k 90 CRI

The hydrofarm is not accurate for reds. I took it to my horticultural dept at my old Univ. and the tech there said essentially "Because red is a lower energy wavelength par meters always detect this as low output". He recommended a $4000 spectral analyzer (I'll get right on that lol). I got...

    DHP Presents Citizen Cob 1812 3500k 80CRI Vs 1812 3500k 90 CRI

I started using the 1750k the last three weeks of my last Grow in March. Noticed the buds gained density. I started a new Grow (10 of Bergman's strawberry Kush in a 2x4 tent) using the 1750k as a sunrise/sunset simulator. 20 minutes on before the 4000k and 20 minutes after lights out. Just...
