If I’m growing in grodan cubes, do you think I should change pots every new growth? I’ve been, once I cut down a plant, washing it and then transfer new plants in them. Is it a bad habit or if washed it, it won’t cause any harm?

Any ideas people? Been feeding as usual, lately it’s been supper rainy and humid in my veg room, and this leaves I started from a seed.
