Hey guys I'm just wondering what these little chunks that are missing from my plants leaves are, I'm not sure if this is damaging my plant or what, I don't know what it is, please help!

I usually grow for my personal use and have managed to harvest bud in the past, and have always had this question , not sure if this is some sort of plague or some mineral deficiency , anyone with experience know what this is??
