This is the same strain I've been growing for years and never have seen this before. The only thing that's different is I tried FFOF instead of roots organic this time. These are in veg about to switch to 12/12 and I can't figure it out.. it's not spider mites like other sites have suggested...

It needs to be bigger than that before you top it.. Let it grow 5 or 6 nodes then cut it back on the 3rd or 4th node

You're pulling 135 watts and getting 88 dry.... That's .65grams/watt not too terribly bad but not close to a 300 watt equivalent. You'd be like .35g/watt. Looks great though

IMO they look terrible because #1 why were there 3 seeds in your starter pots? Should have been in their own pots and #2 were transplanted into bigger pots way too early. Should have let them grow a little before the shock of repotting. Probably will catch up but not off to a good start!
