Hi everyone, I'm about to get started on mixing up some soil for my next grow. I've read up a lot on different mixes and amendments and kind of have an idea about what to do there. But I'm still wondering about the actual container for "cooking" the soil (and what to do while it's cooking)...

Anyone had much luck with coir pots? Would it be advisable to plant a seedling in a small coir pot into a larger 1gal coir pot (prior to the final container)? I'm thinking of how to save space before sexing/culling but don't want to deter root growth or anything...
