    DIY with Quantum Boards

Thanks for the reply. I will look into those now. The reason I mentioned the HLG, I am under the impression they are the best of the best right now using Samsung 301b diodes. I really dont know enough about this tech. I normally would gladly purchase assembled, just thought Id give it a try.

    DIY with Quantum Boards

I'm interested in a diy QB. I've scratched the surface of research but cant find a solid, recent reference. I'm going to skim the last bunch of pages here Is buying a kit from HLG the way to go? How much more savings are there to be had with a bit more work involved. I'm looking at about a...

Auto Seeds with Yeatster. Berry Ryder & Sucker Punch

I like the PLC alot, although I feel if the cobs were spread out more, it would be better for autos. 22" in flower seems to be as close as I can get, with most auto strains. I don't recall the specs but it does well in my 4x4, by itself. 3.5x3.5 would probably be best, imo. I'm a novice when it...

Auto Seeds with Yeatster. Berry Ryder & Sucker Punch

Thanks man, I guess I should have mentioned my set up. I have 2 tents. Both of these started in a 2.5x2.5 with Platinum Series p150 (100w) & a 2' 4 bulb t5(100w). The Berry Ryder graduated to the big tent, 4x4 Pacific Lights Concept Cx300 (300w), a few days ago (day before pics). Tents are way...

These were being journaled on another site but seeing I'm banned now, I'll finish up here. These pics are from last week. I will try to update at least weekly. The first HBSS, I was trying to see how long I could hold off on bloom nutes. Now I know...oops Day 60ish HBSS #2 Day 60ish looking...

    Coco's auto experience.

You can cut the cup, put that cup inside another cup, full with medium, plant your seed. When ready to transplant, remove bottom cup. No disturbance.

I respectfully disagree with the nutes. That medium is typically pretty hot for autos and that plant looks good. I'd hold off for a bit.

Add your CalMg (1/4 strength for now) then pH. Yes, every water and yes the whole grow. And you don't need to water so frequently. Half gallon, stated above^ is a good amount for now.

You will need CalMg. Preferably with little to no N. I would start lightly next water. LED's are notorious CalMg whores.

    Organic Growing: An Introductory Guide

@Rasta Roy thanks for the great thread. I'll be coming back to this soon. Kinda bummed your not selling a soil mix yet because that's why I'm here. Is there a bagged soil you could recommend to start with, until I take the plunge and start cooking my own? I've looked into this til my eyes...

Some help please, with transitioning to organics

No offense taken. Yes, I've added dolomite lime @ different ratios. 1,2,3 tbls. per gallon. I've recently started using Epsom salt right before flower...thats when it hits usually. It has helped with Mag def, which in turn slowed Cal def. Just didn't solve it 100% I'm still very much in the...

Some help please, with transitioning to organics

I can have seedlings and flowering in same tent, on a 20/4 light schedule. Show me a photo strain that I can do that with and I'm sold. I'm in 100% agreement with muddying the genetics. When was the last time you've grown an autoflower? Genetics have come a loooong way. I've grown old strains...
