its only 4 plants every1 on here says 3000 lumens per plant is min but ok and theyre deff getting more then that....out of the bottom of the rockwool or net pot?

hmm well this isnt my first time growing but first time growing hydroponically. i have a wick system set up with a 3 gal. reservoir and 4 4foot fluorescent and two other smaller tube ones. the 4 long ones are 40w producing 3050 lumens each. the shorter ones are 17w supposidly putting out 1200...
