What do you know about removing dead bugs from buds about to be harvested. I'm about a week away and I've noticed little dead bugs throughout the buds. They don't seem to be harming the plant...I'd rather not smoke them though. Any suggestions for a dip or washing method would be most helpful...

They were pots I got at a garage sale... never saw vents on the side like that, and I thought they would leak too much. They have ample drainage on the bottom, so I thought it would be alright. Do you really think I should remove it? I will be transplanting to big big pots in 2 weeks. ( no side...

I'm starting a few plants in small pots (half gallon) and was wondering about watering and feeding. They're 3 weeks old...I plan on transplanting to very large pots in 2 weeks....just as a guide..how often would you water them?

I just thought this was interesting... I'm not incredibly experienced but I've seen a few plants grow. I usually see a plant start with one leaf, then three, then five...this one is going from one right to five...any thoughts or - is just doesn't mean anything.

It is more natural to never transplant, but growing under artificial lights in a pot can be a little more sensitive.

Just an idea...I lost a few plants that I started in larger pots...thinking that I wouldn't have to transplant for a while longer. I've found that is is better for seedling and clones to be started in smaller pots ( solo cup)

Hmmm, wish I could, but no...they're in the ground, and it's probably going to start snowing next month.

Thanks for the response ... I knew nothing about bud rot. My tops looked a little blueish this morning...whatever that means. I'll do some selective harvesting, and see if I can squeeze a few more days out of them.
