i am transplanting from easy cloner into net pots with hydroton.do i put the rooted clone in the bottom of the net pot 1st then surround with hydroton or leave about half full of hydroton then the clone and then fill the rest of the way so the roots must go through the hydroton?

i am using fox farms ocean/forest soil and fox farms big bloom ,tiger bloom in the 3rd week flowering and my leaves are turning yellow and purple and dying. what do you think i should do? check the pics.

these killa watts from seedism look alike exept one has skinny leaves and is noticably different can anyone explain.the one in ? is the one in the second and last picture.
