how many time a day and for how long would be a good starting point for flooding my table, 4 times a day for 5min?

have a ebb and flow 3x3, 40 gal res,just curious how many time to flood in one day using clay pellets

i soaked the in 5.5 for 30min at first,my nutrient is 6.0,and the runoff from my cubes are from 7.0 - 6.7,so what to do now,water again? will that flush them to the right ph that i should have at runoff?

my runoff water from my 6x6 cubes is 7.2,how can i lower it so my plants dont look so sick and die?

using flora nova @ 300 ppm

temp stays around 73-76

there about 5 in tall ,in a ebb and flow,lamp is about 4 ft from,yes they have rooted into the 6x6 cube,and some have a few rust spots,iam using a dark room.

My clone are a little droopy and a couple have the edges ever so slightly rolled up,just put these in 6x6 rock wool cubes,under a 1000w thats several feet away/air cooled,and my humidity only seems to stay about 20 % in the day...any ideas? thanks
