I knoe this thread is a bit old but I'm really hoping someone is out there and catches this post....I'm going out of my mind trying to figure and understand if the 5:2 ratio is the same when dealing with weight or volume. Like is 5 cups humic/2 cups kelp really the same ratio as 5lbs humic/2lbs...

Hey guys...So i bought some champagne yeast on amazon and it had really great reviews but when I made my diy c02 thing it is just not building up pressure like the one I made with bakers yeast..The one with bakers yeast I shake once a day and after barley shaking it i feel all the pressure build...

I do...I go from solos to 3gal smartpots to 7gal smartpots...Just make sure you have a good root base established in the solo but not root bound then be gentle...I like to have the soil in the 3gal nice a moist but not wet then make the hole a bit bigger than the solo and fill it in with dry...

lol...that would help huh?? Right not using mix of FFOC and light warrior with added amendments....Next cycle am deff trying Nectar for the Gods soil #4 maybe with some Mass Whole super soil at bottom...think by next cycle I will be 100% el natural

Hey I was just wondering what everyone thought was the best solution or powder to adjust pH up or down? I know people that have used Dyna-Gro up and down with good results. I personally use Hydro Organics Earth Juice natural up and down...Whats everybody's opinion, or what are y'all using?

I am hopefully getting air pots for next cycle but for now I go from 18oz solos to 3gal smartpots then a week before the flip I go into my 7gal smart pots....So many ppl I talk to say the go from rapid rooters or solo cups directly in their 5 or 7gal smart pots and say they have no problems...

I just read a lot about those rootbuilder 2's and side by side with air pot there isn't much to compare as far as quality..Air pot is the superior product and its greener being made from recycled plastic. The root builders are cut on the verticle where as the air pot is cut on the diagonal...

I don't know how much sense this makes bc everyone rave about how good collected rainwater is and to collect rainwater you usually collect it in a big drum which would sit out for days if not weeks and months. I'm not trying to argue, just wondering how you explain how so many people love...
