400 watt hps about 5-6 inches my hand does not even get hot and the top leaves look great thes are just on the first few nodes. And i have never nute burned a plant i use the same feeding schedule forever this has happened before and the plant grew fine just funny leaves.

I have a 400w hps and keep it really close even as small seedlings within 8 inches but i also keep an oscillating fan pointed at them and had never had a heat stress problem

Dont have a ppm meter low budget lol i corrected the ph was in the low 5s think that was the prob. For cal i use finely crushed eggshells and epsom salts for mag when needed The buds still look and smell so good mmmm
