So explain the best thing you did for your plant that made the difference between a low yield to a bigger yield...

The medium is in the water...which is hydroton...but my roots have gotten brown in some part...no smell or slime...anybody know ? I am using advanced nutrients lucas formula , no growth slow down or anything

Doing hydro for the first time. From Wa. orig but live in Cali. Indica is my preferred... here is a picture of my grow on a budget...all germinated here also.

I did notice that the ph had gone up....and fixed it this morning...maybe that is the reason the spots are on there... any suggestions? 3 gallon res,dwc bubbler, Lucas Formula, tap water being used, 96x3 watt reflector led 20 inches away. ph was 7 this morning adjusted to 5.8-6ph

The roots on 1 of my girls grew alot over the weekend...some of its roots are touching the bottem of the rez in the DWC bubbler...is this allowable or should I trim some root to keep it under control?
