Hi, So, never used a dispensary before, but now that it seems it is legal to buy concentrates/edibles from one, I was wondering: which are the best? which are reliable to order online from?

Just wondering if this SCC Ruling mean I can LEGALLY buy concentrates etc from a Dispensary? Or will it only eventually be legal to buy from LPs once they get them available on their sites.
